Besides meat cutting, the diced meat machine can also be used for cutting hard vegetables such as potato, cucumber, carrot, etc. The meat or hard vegetables filled in the chamber will pass through the blade system in the meat output chamber of the machine, and come out as diced pieces. Also, the lengthwise cutting can be performed by preliminary lengthwise cutting blade.
The blade system of the diced meat machine moves up and down, as well as right and left, cutting at required sizes the cold meat and hard vegetables pushed forward by the pusher piston, as well as performs lengthwise cutting by preliminary cutter blade.
The boneless meat to be filled in the chamber should be between 0 and -5 degrees.
Machine’s exterior body units and all connection and equipments are made of Grade 304 stainless steel.
On the machine, there is a minimum 90x90 mm square blade bearing.
Machine’s chamber length is 400 mm.
Red materials are used in machine blade bearing.
The machine has grade 304 stainless steel lengthwise cutting blade.
The lengthwise cutting blade of the machine is also detachable; and optionally, square cutting can also be performed.
Using the piston and speed adjustment functions of the machine, you can adjust sizes of hard vegetables at such lengths as you wish.
Considering human health and work safety, when the upper pusher piston cover and the front cover of the blade system are open, special sensors disconnects the machine’s electric current, thus stopping the machine. The machine will resume working when the upper chamber cover and blade front cover are closed.
Before starting the machine, plug the machine in the electric outlet, and switch to “1” (one). After loading meat in upper meat chamber, and closing the upper cover, your machine will automatically start working.
In the beginning the pusher piston is position at the backmost side, which will start pushing forward after loading the meat and closing the upper cover. The materials inside the chamber are carried to front cutting blades, and then quickly transferred to the backside thanks to sensors, and all of them are cut by means of magnetic eye. Then the upper cover is opened again to load more meat. Upon completion of all chopping operation, switch to “0” (zero). And now the machine is disconnected, and ready for cleaning.
